Is The Holistic Wellness Planner daily or weekly planner?

Both, We designed this planner to accommodate the weekly and the daily planning. Your week will start with the Weekly Planning page where you can set your weekly goals, you can also use it as your weekly to-do list, then the Daily Overview pages will follow. The daily page will have your daily intention, top goal, an hourly schedule, meal planning as well as self-care prompts to keep you productive and balanced. The daily structure is different from the weekly structure, and it will compliment each other to make life easier.

 

How long does The Holistic Wellness Planner last?

It lasts for 6 months or 26 weeks.

Does this include a weekly meal plan page or just breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day?

The Holistic Wellness Planner (one day per page layout) has four lines for Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner each day. In addition to this, you will get a weekly planning page to which you can add your meal planning.

What size is The Holistic Wellness Planner?

It is 8.46 in x 6.1 in or 21.5 x 15.5 cm. It was designed in this size, so it looks nice and neat on your desk, easy to carry in your bag, or when you travel. 

 

Does The Holistic Wellness Planner come in a box?

Yes, it comes in a beautiful minimalistic gift box, so you can gift it to yourself or your beloved ones.

Is this a 2022 calendar? Does it have spaces for daily appointments?

This planner is undated, so you can start anytime. You will get an hourly schedule for writing down appointments as well as a Weekly Planning page each week. 

 

What type of quality is the paper? 

 

It is a smooth and quality 70 lb paper.
